A Land that is Powered by a Stone of Gems 

In medieval times, a kingdom with a mighty castle, vast lands of fields and meadows, and a thriving village. It's all protected by the Heart Stone. A stone that contains eight gems, representing the King, Queen, Heir, and five councilmembers of the land. When touched by the true person, the gem will change color, indicating the person's role. When all gems have changed from white to their true color, the land will forever prosper with bountiful harvest, health to the people, and protection from invaders.

However, when the new King is chosen by the Heart Stone, the future isn't what anyone expected when Katrina, the orphaned village healer, is chosen as Queen by the Heart Stone. She didn't have the desire to be chosen. Will she give up her old life to pursue the life of a queen? How can she give up her position as the village's healer to be trapped in a castle, where all they want from her is to produce a child for the hope to change the heir gem. 

More is to be unfolded as she tries to survive royal life and abandoning her gift of healing.
